we are making ice with 7 to 10 inches,  the snow the was predicted didn’t happen on upper red lake , maybe three inches at best the fishing yesterday was again great on red , best times are 4 to 7 pm, in 6 to 7 feet . those folks reporting using those rainbows seem to be happy with the bite.ALPINE’S  plan is moving rentals out this coming week-end . be safe, ck ice, make sure you know where you are at.
